1. Refund Policy
We at Exstasy Clothing strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for products that are:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation/email).
- Products not eligible for refund:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Innerwear or personalized/customized products (for hygiene and personalization reasons).
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or use.
Refund Process
- Email your return/refund request to support@exstasyclothing.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant images if applicable.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking).
Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product delivered is defective or incorrect.

- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, you will be notified via email and the full amount will be refunded.
